Drop in your certificates. See every expiry date in one list.
Add the PDFs for your gas safety records, electrical reports (EICR) and energy certificates (EPC). We read the dates, work out when each one runs out, and flag anything due soon. You'll need these dates to join the landlord register.
Your files never leave your device. They're read inside your browser and nothing is uploaded.

Examples shown until you add your own. Check every date against the certificate itself: we read what the PDF says, and a scanned certificate has no readable text.
Get a reminder before each one expires
We'll email you 8 weeks before each certificate runs out, and before your register deadline. Free while we're in early access.
We store your email and the certificate types, postcodes and expiry dates shown above, nothing else. Unsubscribe any time. Privacy
