What we collect when you sign up for the early list, reminders or the Landlord Brief, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Your email address, plus what that form asks for: the number of properties and region (early list), or certificate types, postcodes and expiry dates (reminders). The checker itself runs in your browser; postcodes and ticked items are not sent to us.
Why
To send what you signed up for: the Landlord Brief, news of the readiness pack, and reminders before your deadlines and certificate expiry dates. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us.
Who sees it
Only us. Sign-ups are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify. We never sell or share your details.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after the last regional deadline (November 2028), whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Contact: hello@landlordsready.co.uk
