For private landlords in England

When must you register your rental property?

The government's new landlord register opens region by region from 15 December. Enter the property's postcode to see your window, your fee and what to gather.

Your region is suggested from the postcode. Some postcode areas cross region borders, so check it's right.

LandlordsReady is independent and not part of the government. You register on GOV.UK yourself; the only official charge is £65 per property a year.
